The material provided a close look at the processes involved in Estate Administration such as the required asset documentation, beneficiary information, tax identification, debts of the estate, accountings, tax returns, asset transfers, etc.
Attendance of the seminar qualified for 2 continuing education credits for Maryland Life & Health insurance agents, Certified Financial Planner and Certified Public Accountants. There is additional value to financial professionals in learning and understanding the important role that insurance and certain financial products can play in estate planning. and in working with legal professionals to provide their clients with a financial plan that compliments their estate plan.
