The seminar will provide an overview of “What is an Estate Plan”. We will summarize changes in the law, give examples of reasons to update your plan, talk about distribution of your IRAs and explain what you will need to do when something does occur. We will also give you an idea of what fees may be involved to amend or re-state your living trust estate plan. We will have a question/answer session at the end of the seminar and will bring our calendar to schedule your estate plan review. Please bring your calendar with you so we can choose a date and time for your consultation.
